to reduce their drinking water well distance to their proposed septic system soil absorption from the
required 100’ in Title 5 and Falmouth Well Regulations down to 62’ (38’ reduction). Additionally, there
is a request to reduce the setback from a drinking water well to a septic tank down to 58’ (Falmouth
Well Regulation).

community.
