Description
The MA House of Representatives convened in a formal session and in conjunction with the Senate, enacted a compromise $63.4B FY27 budget bill (H.5555) which now moves to the desk of Governor Healey. The House also passed S.3106, An Act relative to toxic-free medical devices, which would ban DEHP in medical IV bags and tubing, along with an amended version of S.2916, An Act improving campaign finance reporting for statewide ballot questions.
