2. Presentation on the Advancing Ready Act and 2023 Title V Regulatory Goals. D-box nitrogen research & performance-based
septic policy by Hilda Maingay and Earle Barnhart from The Green Center, Inc.
3. Presentation of the draft Watershed Plans for Rands Canal, Fiddlers Cove, West Falmouth, and Quissett Harbor by Amy Lowell
and Kristen Rathjen. Discussion no vote.
4. Recommendation to the Select Board for the Town to request that the DEP engage in a discussion on the format and need for a
responsible management entity plan. Discussion and vote.
5. Review of a recommendation to the Select Board for the Town of Falmouth to express the Town’s concern to the Secretary of Energy
and Environmental Affairs on the impact to Waquoit Bay of the Secretary’s decision on the Reserve at Quashnet Valley County Club. Vote on Recommendation - Stephen Rafferty
