The School Committee meeting will be in-person for School Committee Members and the

5:35 PM MOVE into Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to a complaint against public
officers (specifically, two Open Meeting Law Complaints, Purpose 1, M.G.L. C. 30A sec.
21(a)(1)) and Purpose 7, M.G.L. c. 30A, § 21(a)(7) “[t]o comply with, or act under the authority
of, any general or special law or federal grant-in-aid requirements.” specifically in accordance
with the Open Meeting Law, M.G.L. c. 30A, §§ 22(f) and 22(g), for the purpose of conducting a
review of the following executive session minutes: (January 29, 2026, February 10, 2026, and
March 5, 2026). Having these discussions in open session may have a detrimental effect on the
litigating position. It is anticipated that the Board will return to open session.
