The House convened in a full formal session to take up S2543, an act strengthening health care protections in the Commonwealth.
Representative-elect Lisa Field was sworn-in as State Representative for the 3rd Bristol District, consisting of the city of Taunton and town of Easton. Gov. Maura Healey, Lt. Gov. Kim Driscoll and the Governor’s Council were present, as the Governor administered the oath of office.
