Authorizing the execution of an agreement with the Town of Mashpee and Barnstable County through the Dredge Department to do and perform all dredge related work for the 'Longer, Wider & Deeper' Popponesset Bay Approach Channel dredging project with an estimated volume to be dredged of 55,000 cubic yards for a total of $1,533,325.00, as recommended by the Dredge Director. g. Authorizing the execution of a grant agreement between The Nature Conservancy and Massachusetts Alternative Septic System Test Center in the amount of $200,000.00 for a period to run July 1, 205 through May30, 2027 to fund the work of the Septic Utility Program in areas not covered by current federal grant, as recommended by the Director of Health and Environment. h. Authorizing approval of $506,814.00 subrecipient agreement with Housing Assistance Corporation for youth & young adult homelessness initiatives in Barnstable County in FY2026, as recommended by the Director of Human Services. i.
